If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Consumers have the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (Patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības centrs, PTAC) for assistance or file a complaint via the Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission (Patērētāju strīdu risināšanas komisija).
