Refund policy

1. General Information

This Return and Refund Policy explains how you can return or exchange products purchased from Pizon SIA, registration number 40203597482, registered address Briežu iela 9–159, Riga, LV-1034, Latvia.
We comply with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and applicable EU consumer regulations regarding distance contracts.


2. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and return the goods within 14 days from the date you received your order.
To exercise this right, please notify us via email at pizonstore@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires.

You do not need to provide a reason for the withdrawal.
However, if the item arrives damaged or defective, please email us photos of the damage as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.


3. Conditions for Returns

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged;

  • In original packaging with all tags/labels attached;

  • Handled only as necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods;

  • Proof of purchase must be included (order number or receipt).

We may deduct compensation if the item’s value has been diminished due to excessive handling.

Not eligible for withdrawal:

  • Custom-made or personalised items;

  • Intimate or hygiene products (e.g., bodysuits, underwear) once unsealed;

  • Items showing wear, damage, stains, or contamination.


4. Online Returns (via Customer Account)

You can submit a return request directly through your customer account on our website.

Steps:

  1. Log in to your customer account
    Enter your email address. A one-time verification code will be sent to your inbox — use it to sign in.

  2. Go to “Your Orders”
    You will see all orders placed using your email.

  3. Open the order you want to return

  4. Click “Request Return”

  5. Select the reason for return

  6. Confirm by clicking “Request Return”

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the next steps.


5. How to Return (Manual Method)

If you prefer or are asked to return manually:

  1. Email us at pizonstore@gmail.com.

  2. We will send you return instructions.

  3. Ship the goods to:

  4. Keep the shipment tracking number.
    We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns and are not responsible for lost parcels.

  5. After receiving and inspecting the goods, we will confirm approval or provide a reason if the return is rejected.


6. Refunds

If the return is approved, a refund will be issued within 14 days from the date we receive the goods.
Refunds are processed to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer covers return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Pizon SIA covers all return shipping costs.


8. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us.
We will process the exchange once the returned item is received and verified.


9. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Include clear photos showing the defect

  • We will provide a replacement, repair, or refund in line with consumer protection laws.
